Members President and Treasurer Sally Daniels has bred silver Persians under the CFA cattery prefix, Shadedknoll, for almost three decades. Also a longtime member of the Call Of The Wild club, which puts on one of he largest shows in northern California, Sally is a board member with the United Silver and Golden Fanciers.
Pamela Hill began her love affair with silvers back in 1973, when she purchased a Persian for her daughter as a pet. Her daughter replaced interest in exhibiting cats with her admiration for boys, and Pam met Dorie Weston of Walnut Hill. After acquiring a few Walnut Hill cats and starting out with the cattery name Ahna, Hill changed her cattery name to Echo Hill and concentrated on Exotics. Board members Since 1994, Ardell Sims has exclusively concentrated on breeding and showing silvers and goldens under the cattery name Dazzle M. The goal in her breeding program is to produce healthy well socialized cats that equal and exceed the persian and exotic standard set by CFA, and to preserve the silver and golden coat color, eye color and type. Wanda Roe of Roehaven Silver Persians and founder of Persian and Himalayan Rescue. Many years ago she fell in love with the ethereal beauty of Silver Persians and bred for many years, Roehaven being her cattery name. In the intrim, she started a thriving pet grooming business and about at the same time retired from breeding; however, she has always maintained a love and devotion to our lovely Silver and Golden Persians.
